Please note that we also act as processors for our customers and maintain, store and/or process the personal data of our customer’s constituents and clients on our customers’ behalf when our customers use our Services. Such information is not subject to this Privacy Notice and is instead subject to the privacy policies of our customers.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you are a constituent or client of one of our customers, please submit your requests to exercise your rights directly to such customer.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, as well as access to the personal data along with certain information, including the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed.
Right to Rectification. You have the right to rectify your inaccurate personal data and to complete any incomplete personal data, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to Erasure or Right to be Forgotten. You have the right to erase your personal data under certain circumstances.
Right to Restrict Processing. You have the right to restrict our processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
